Issue with my Plug-In order and my nightmare

Please carefully re-read my comments, Allennde. I specifically wrote that GG (Garden Grove) Toyota had the bad rep. They are the focus of this thread.

To the GG poster: you need a proofreader who speaks English ... and one piece of advice: a reputation is EARNED over time with sincerity, being honorable, and trustworthy. Not gotten by promises to do better.

He said that Garden Grove Toyota (the Dealership) had a bad rep on Yelp not that Toyota had a bad rep on Yelp. Read the thread and you will see why this dealership have aquired a bad rep and they you can ingnore Yelp at your peril. Hopefully Garden Grove Toyota has decided to turn things around and will become a reliable dealership. I will more than likely continue to do business with Dianne at Carson - assuming I can figure out how to get there without a car.
