    Hi all...

My wife is thinking about trading her Chevy HHR in for a Prius. She's interested in more room in the cabin and better mileage. So... we rented one for the weekend and have so far put about 400 miles on one tank... and she's pretty happy with it. The rental is an '08, not sure what packages. So far, better than 42 mpg, and that's predominantly on the highway running 70 mph.

If we do this, we're going to want to put leather and seat heaters in, along with a sunroof/moonroof (what's the difference anyway?).

    L8tr...

:welcome: Hi Randy and welcome to Priuschat.

42mpg at 70mpg is pretty respectable for a new driver. Well done.

It's my understanding that a sunroof opens up completely whereas a moonroof always has the glass, usually tinted. That's just what I think.

There's a wealth of information here at Priuschat for you to peruse including negotiating with the dealer and a checklist for when you take delivery. So get comfortable and prepare to learn.
