First I would like to thank this forum for being here.
We will be picking up the prius on saturday morning and drive it about 160km or 100 miles to get home. We have looked at a few priuses (prii) and many others cars but decided on this one.
I even thought about a salvage title one from Sacramento (i know poor spelling) but found a new one close to our home for a good price. We both are soooo excited, I don't know what else to say ...
I guess the US version would be close to package 5 with panaramic sunroof.
    Can't wait 'till Saturday.

I dropped $500 down to "order" one ... it's been 4 weeks already and still no idea as to how much longer -- initially told anywhere from 6-12 weeks. talk about anticipation.... and now the gas prices are dropping.

We were lucky, we bought the one we tested, they only two on the lot. The one we bought and one with the advanced tech. package.
It seems gas will go up and down but where we live gas is $1.319 per liter or it workes out to over $5.00/gal US.
We live on the border so we try to fillup in the US as often as possible. Much cheaper.
