Least Expensive/Most Effective Roof Racks for 2002?

    We don't have sidebars on the top of the car and want to put our X-Cargo up there. I've found lots of $200-500 options, some with straps that will bring inclement weather inside the cabin of the car. Have you found anything in the double-digit price-range that works well?
