Well I've seen all the enhanced press/media photos but I want to see some real owner photos of Sea Glass Pearl PHVs. That's what I have on preorder Let's see your cars folks!
I would love to but I have other priorities right now. I knew that coming in when I decided to jump on the 2010 instead of waiting it out for the PHV. Maybe when the next gen comes out? I definitely want one.
I hear ya. I was really tempted to get a '10 but decided to wait for the PHV Now I hope it's everything I hoped for.
Hopefully. I was pretty impressed with it when I drove it last Sept (that's where the pic above came from). We'll see if we get all the toys that the US does (I know we'll get the LED headlights on the Tech Pkg but do we get the HUD too?).
I kinda have a Canada thread going with some details @ Canada 2012 PHV Pre-Order Details | PriusChat - short answer is no HUD. But the upgrade package is cheaper than the US upgrade package.
Ken, looks good. What kind of headlights are those? (halogen, hid, led?) The sea glass pearl definitely looks blue sometimes and green others... Kinda weird
Actually I wanted to see the non-LED lights since I preordered a base model. I wanted to know what they looked like because almost every photo I've seen was of the LEDs
AFAIK they are exactly the same as those on the Prius Liftbacks Two/Three/Four, which should be easy enough to find
I love the color of my sea-glass pearl PiP -- sometimes blue, sometimes green. What I can't understand is that an identical model was right behind me here in DC yesterday for several blocks on Wisconsin Avenue, zooming ahead when I made a turn - and the driver didn't notice that we had the same car. It was only the second PiP I've seen on the road. So, whoever you are, I waved at you. I guess I can understand if you were too busy with all the audio, web and EV/HV options on the dashboard to look up!
C'mon . . . . how many priorities can there be - if there's time to do over 27K posts . . . . of course IF I wasn't married, I'd likely be right up there with you with the crazy high post count. Shhhhh ! here she comes! Yea . . . too bad we couldn't get the ultra sweet deal on the PiP that we were offered on the 2010 back in detroit 2009. I'd be selling the Leaf in a heartbeat. .
