you may have to remove the drivers seat and wet vac it, then hit it with a portable electric heater to dry it out.

Disconnect the 12v battery first. Look under the seat for the wires with the yellow connectors. These are the air bag wires. Follow them as far as you can go. Disconnect them and blow them out with an air hose. Vacuum up as much water as you can. Reconnect 12v. The air bag lights may need to be scanned and or cleared.

undo the 4, 14mm bolts holding the passenger seat in place and remove the seat. Make sure the 12v battery is disconnected first. The yellow connectors are up in the seat bottom. They will have to be disconnected to get the seat out. If your car has JBL there will be an amp on the floor there also. Vacuum as much water up as you can and park it in the sun with a fan on it.

I wouldn't replace anything until you find the source(s) of the water infiltration. Like others have said get everything dried out first and then start checking for your leak(s). Get your codes read, and report back. Water leaks have been reported on this generation of Prius. I would be examining your 12 volt battery area along with the area under your spare tire for evidence of water.

i'm thinking the codes will clear after you dry things out. you may need a code clearer, or perhaps disconnect the 12v negative, if they don't go out on their own.
