These cars look kind of cute, but they are not cheap at $18k. They seat four adults, but have almost no cargo space. Then you look at the specs (25mph max) and it seems like a lot of money for a neighborhood vehicle.

I then used their cost per mile comparison to a Prius and it was more expensive. Hmm.
