    Here's another:

Range- to- Empty is also displayed on the MFD consumption screen.

Of course we know it's also a trip computer figure on the MID.

When using the cruise control to achieve max MPG the computer frequently puts the Prius into a "Glide" which is a pain in the ass trying to manually achieve for long distances.

The sticker on the inside of the drivers door says to inflate the tires to 33 PSI, but all of
my tires (as picked up from the dealer) have been inflated to 44 PSI.

Is that true for the regular cruise control or only on the radar version?

That I couldn't tell you as I have the Advance model. My guess though is that still will glide going downhill instead of taking regen.

There is a special cut out under the rear storage mat to take the rear package cover and fit in in there. You don't need to take it out of the car when you put the seats down.

There are a jack, tools and tow eyes under the driver's seat (other Prii have them under the cargo area). If we carry a spare, we have everything to change a wheel. If we don't carry a spare, we may need them to repair a flat or get a tow (pulled on to a flat bed truck).

Did you figure out what the other cut outs on the right side are for?

You can switch to regular cruise control in the Advanced trim by holding forward on the cruise control stick for a couple of seconds after turning it on.

The Advanced model has LED headlights. Yes, we know that... But the Base model has LED Daytime Running Lights. They look pretty cool, too, like fog lights.

One of the first things that we did with our PiP is take a 30 mile drive to get hand controls installed with my wife driving the PiP following me. I could easily keep track of her even if she lagged far behind because those Daytime Running Lights are so easy to see in daylight.

Is there any way to keep the DRLs on at night with the headlights?

Maybe he just wanted to put fresh air in your tires.

    1) The charge timer works without the key. I forgot my key but pressed it anyways and sure enough it came up with my preset finish time. It could even be adjusted. Nice.
    2) A light for the rear seat passengers also comes on when the door is opened. I didn't expect that since that didn't happen on old Prius.

I'm thinking the Prius Plug-in actually will slow down my breathing while learning to dawdle at Walgreens, waiting for enough of a free charge to make it home on EV.

Wouldn't it be better to write "to move lackadaisically " instead?

Both my '04 and '06 had rear light feature. You control the setting on the light housing, the same as you do on the front one. What I miss is the interior lights coming on as you approach the car at night.

I noticed yesterday ( you all have probably already noticed, but I'm a little slow sometimes) that the rear logo badging by the hatchback has the plug design. Very cool!
