Ok, working on adding an aftermarket HomeLink door opener and needed this info too.

Here is what I found: (2015 Prius Persona, no OnStar-like service.)

    Pin 1: White/Black Ground
    Pin 2: Black Mic:SNS2
    Pin 3: White Mic:MCO-
    Pin 4: Black Mic:MCO+
    Pin 5: Red Mic:MACC
Pin 6: Purple, N/C to Board
Pin 7: Green, N/C to Board
Pin 8: Green Tail lights on (+12v)
    Pin 9: N/C
Pin 10: Yellow, N/C to Board
Pin 11: Doors Open (Pulls to Ground on Door Open)
Pin 12: White Rear dome light Door Open (Pulls ground if switch in in "Door" mode and Doors are open.)
    Pin 13: N/C
    Pin 14: N/C
    Pin 15: N/C
    Pin 16: N/C
Pin 17: White Ground out to Rear Dome
    Pin 18: N/C
Pin 19: White +12v out to Rear Dome
Pin 20: Red +12v (10A Fused, Dome Light)

    N/C = Not Connected.
Some pins had wires on the plug, but were not connected to anything on the dome light circuit board.
Pins 2-5 are for the Blue-tooth microphone.
