I received a letter from Toyota (USA) that provides a Warranty Enhance, net Program decal with my VIN and extends the Intelligent Power Module warranty to 15 years and unlimited mileage.
Do I understand correctly that the inverter is now covered for 15 years and unlimited miles?
That's great news for us as we put about 20,000 miles per year on our 2012. I assume this is nation-wide,

Yep, but only for the failures specifically listed in the letter, being P0A94, P324E, P3004, and/or P0A1A.

You could have a P0A90 "Drive Motor A Performance" caused by a shorted HV transistor in the inverter/converter and (unfortunately) this wouldn't be covered, even though the repair is the same as that of the warranty enhancement.
