Hi folks! I've been wanting a Prius since test driving one a year ago. I've been "studying" this site and local dealers hard the last couple weeks and finally fell in love with one and hammered out a deal. I think I got a decent deal here in Michigan: a new '09 blue with package #6 for $25,479 (plus doc fees, sales tax) plus I got $1,000 Toyota incentive off that. And my final financing rate through the dealer was .6% cheaper than I was quoted! Sweet! I love this site by the way -- I already have saved my wife's sanity by turning off the "reverse beep" that I learned here.

Grand Rapids I love driving it! When I bought the car our sales person mentioned some kind of coating they could put on the finish to keep it shiny and new looking. But I forgot to get further details. Anyone know what this is and does anyone have a recommendation one way or the other on getting it done or not?
Ok, that's what I was wondering! I do want to keep this spectra blue shiny and new but I'll just wax it myself, thank you very much!
