    I can assure you that the Prius is not fragile. One guy here (F8L) uses his Prius to carry fence bailing and posts to work on prairie land, many use them for long-haul trips, mine has been off-road a few times (but we won't talk about that :)) and a few have even tested the high speed abilities. Trust me, there's nothing fragile about the Prius.

    I take mine rock climbing, although I leave it at the bottom. The Prius isn't fragile. It isn't a truck, but if you treat it like any other car it will do just fine.
