NJ is probably like most of the other states nowadays where emissions inspection consists of plugging into the car's computer and asking "are you okay?" and getting back a "yup" from the car. . If you run into trouble with this when you do go for the emissions part, make sure the techs know how to make the engine idle in case the machine needs to see nonzero RPM to validate the test. _H*
