Not Signed In On Home Page

    The last few days when I open PC I get the option to sign in. When I try to I get rejected and told I have used one of my five attempts ......

    But if I click on "Today's Posts" the screen comes up with my name and I can post replies.

    Is my computer or the home page the problem? (Yeah, I know, I shouldn't use IE7 but I do.) Not a major issue, but just strange and different.

    Mine works that way all of the time. I don't bother to sign in, but go right to Forum or Today's Posts.

    Same here using a Mac and Safari. I do what Tom does, or use a quick link to subscribed threads.
