    Does anyone know how to fill out section 2 on Fuel Savings? I understand how to fill out the Hybrid vehicle use area, but how do you fill out the Conventional vehicle use questions? Is it asking me what I used to use on a Conventional car before I bought the Prius?

    I was just looking at this form as well. I think it's just asking about your mileage in your previous car.

    I have some other questions... do I submit this form with my taxes? or before my taxes? It says that I have to submit a copy of my receipt? Does that mean that I can't file my taxes electronically?

    Anyone from Oregon that has done this before, please help! :)
