We'll probably get all models in the redesign.

That one was different since it used the 2ZZ-FE engine tuned by Yamaha and I think there were emissions issues that they couldn't meet (Lotus had to drop their Elise eventually). That and it wasn't a big seller, especially since it was only offered with a 6-spd close-ratio manual and you had to rev the thing to get any power.

Well, the current XRS wasn't really much of a strong seller, either (I'm pretty sure that's what killed it this time around). The only reason I figure the XRS might return is it plays into Toyoda's initiative for more exciting vehicles rather well.

No but yeah given what I'm seeing on the new Yaris SE (i.e. actual suspension differences from the CE/LE models), maybe all future sport models have a chance. The 2012 Camry SE is selling quite well, I heard.

    Selling in Honolulu.

I saw a Moonglow and a Superwhite this morning - drove a Moonglow demo. These were Prius C IIs. They had Is and IIs for sale.

Went back late afternoon to talk to the salesman - out of 5 - 6 IIs available this morning - only two were left - one Super White and one Habanero. The Cs are selling like hotcakes. If they still had a Moonglow or Gray Metallic - I would have bought one on the spot.

Went on sale today - salesman called me around 9:00 a.m. I was surprised as heck that they are already selling them.

Thought about the Habanero - would be a mid-life crisis car. But it was not on the lot - still in storage.

The Moonglow - as was mentioned - is kind of a pearl white - little bit of sparkle or glitter in very light creamy white.

Ordered a Summer Rain Metallic but will have to wait for the April shipment. The one that came in this first shipment was already sold by the time I got to the dealership @10:00 a.m. March shipment won't have a Summer Rain or if it does - it's already reserved.

Blue Streak looks so different in that big. It looks more like Blue Ribbon.

Interesting. 6,000 and that's mostly going to be in the USA. I'm going to be very interested in March's sales figures. ;)

Note that Honda sold 4,227 Fits, 773 Insights and 466 CR-Zs in February for a B segment total of 5,466. If they keep it up, the c could well not only crush Honda's Insight sales, but crush their B segment sales. (Somehow I always imagine that one of Toyota's key goals is to attack Honda's sales so they can Borg them).

So the 6,000 Prius c are for US & Canada, while other markets get the Yaris hybrid?

I think the Fit may lose its ranking in Japan also if they are able to deliver more Aqua.

Yup, it looks like Toyota is avoiding selling the Yaris Hybrid and Prius c in the same markets. No Yaris H. in Australia, where they get the Prius c. The Yaris goes into Africa, in particular South Africa.

Any place on Earth were both are sold?

They have the Honda Fit IMA, and Honda sure will not sit still.

Prius c is USA, Canada, Australia and other Asian countries.

Well, we know they're only going to have 24,000 Aqua per month in Japan and there are lots of backorders, so I think the Fit's number two position is safe for now, at least. Something like 70% of the Fit sales are hybrids, I believe. Their fleet average must be rising significantly.
