This site mentions that many of their members are here on PriusChat in some sub-forum. But the link on that site doesn't work as a valid location. I'm looking for a group of Prius owners that might have some modification experience. I'd like to add the auto headlights but am timid about the procedure, and I'd love to do other mods as well. It would be fun to do this with others instead of solo all the time. Any suggestions?
PriusChat has an extensive list of members by state/region, in their social groupings. As far as adding auto headlights, use the PriusChat search function. You'll find lots of how-to threads. Welcome to PriusChat.

I have to admit that we've let the Chicago Prius Group go in the last year. Mostly because organizing the events takes a lot of time and only two of us were willing to do the work. We got busy with other things and I personally got burned out from all the effort and time commitments. Right now, I'm thinking that twittel is correct in that Priuschat in general is your best bet for modification knowledge.
TonyPSchaefer would it be that hard to organize an event maybe just a couple times a year? Less burn out, but lets area owners get together....could be fun, especially since there has not been one in awhile. I'd love to do something at a car show where maybe we can educate the public and mythbust common misconceptions regarding the Prius. Smirv we're practically neighbors, I'm in Elgin/St. Charles I know I'd be up for a meetup!
