I have looked around the internet and even asked a toyota sales rep to provide me with photos of what the Prius Plus ground effects kit looks like. I can't seem to find a photo of what ground effects kit parts are installed. That tiny picture of a black Prius on Toyota's site does not work for me.

Does anyone have a before and after photo of their Prius with these parts? Does it really make the car look more aggressive?

I will be installing them on my Crimson Red 2012 Prius and I want them to look like the ones in the picture below.

this is not the Prius Plus kit, this is the Five Axis Body kit

I love the prius plus body kit, this is how it looks like installed.

New mods ! Body Kit and Valenti's Installed + projector led front parking light bulbs | PriusChat

here's a video of how the Five Axis Body kit looks like installed, I agree it looks more aggressive, but I don't really like the front :p

you can purchase the Five axis body kit directly through Five Axis, Ebay, Longo Toyota, or Juiced Prius, price varies with the body kit painted and unpainted with the colour of your choice. Hope that helps :)

Well I can say this, look under the front of the car, look along the edge of the lower body. If you see scrapping and damage, dont get the body kit. It just wont last. I have done enough damage to the front end of mine for running into tire stops, curbs and bottoming out the front end in dips to know its wont work on my car.

I really like the Five Axis Kit and its a bargain at $ 1550.00 painted and shipped. Looks like an easy install and everyone says its a great fit.

But thats my problem too, scraping the front. Since installing my Eibachs and the car is 1" lower, Im scraping leaving my driveway and my work driveway and I think I scraped a parking bumper so I have a small chip /crack on the lower rt side.

I even called to see about just getting the sides and back but I dont think it will look correct without the front

Driving a lowered car just isn't for everyone. It take skill to get the hang of it & then u always have to remember about drive ways etc

sfv41901, thank you very much for the pictures! They are very clear on what changes the kit brings about. I think this that kit should work nicely as the other ones sound like I will have to drive with too much caution. My work garage has lots of steep ramps so I would be driving very paranoid.

Thanks everyone for your input and suggestions. I will go ahead and order the kit. :)

Just have to be aware when driving.. I have no scrapes and no problems with my car lowered on the TRD and 18's...I just learn what to do on steep driveways and always have an eye out for pot holes...

I'm curious as to how easy this install is. Does it involve any drilling or does it simply bolt into existing holes etc? I have a prius five. I got the kit in the mail. Lots of little boltie things. No real instructions.

It requires drilling into the rear & front bumper & using a rivet gun.

Here are some pics to help u out.

Remove the Blk plastic pieces from under the rear bumper. Clean the rear bumper with the supplied alcohol pads. Place gray plastic piece up against bumper & remove paper so tape make contact.

Now drill ur hole & put in the rivets

    Put on body kit

Now u just have to put the included plastic trim on the bottom.

The front bumper is pretty much the same. The rocker panels were the easiest for me......remove the clips, install new panel & put clips back in.

    Hope this helps.

    I am a pretty smart guy :D

But seriously.......I had some help over the phone from madman. He did the install first.

The process looks harder than what it really is.....the key is to take ur time.

If u were local is hook u up.
