Just reading News.com.au about a prius recall over a steering fault on the Toyota Prius NHW20 model that were produced from July 2003 to November 2005. The issue seems to be "under certain conditions, the steering intermediate shaft may become loose or develop a crack". Also some Corolla and Avensis are affected.
