Well I thought about for a couple days and bought the matching spray paint and clear coat to paint the mudflaps. Today at work it was slow so I took them off cleaned them and gave them a coat of paint for plastics as a primer. Then painted with 1F7 duplicolor, let dry in the sun then gave 2 coats of clear ...all out of spray cans.
They look great I hope the paint cures and lasts a long time. When I get home I can add a pic of them.

Very nice. I am now considering doing the same on my Silver V. Where did y0u buy the paint, an autosupply or dealer?

Thanks, I bought the paint at an auto supply store. I went to three different stores and could not find the paint code so I checked on line and Duplicolor made the color and through the website found which stores carried that brand.
I used krylon paint for plastic (white) as a primer, as I had that paint in my garage already.
    Is your silver 1F7 also?

Looks great but I have Blizzard Pearl and wonder if I can get away with just white or would that look stupid? Any opinions. Thanks

If you can get Blizzard Pearl in a spray can that would be my first choice, I am not sure of solid white.

Thanks, It is pretty simply, but don't do it indoors. Fumes are bad for you
