I attempted to place an order on PC shop and paid through paypal. Upon return from Paypal I encountered an error in the callback. The payment went through but my order did not. I left message via contact us in PC shop. Left voicemail on PC shop number, and also left Danny a conversation. It's been 2 days from when I placed my order. Any advice?
I got the same error on a PayPal order a couple of weeks ago, but the order did go through. Check your PayPal account and see if the transaction has posted. If so, PayPal will have emailed Danny the order and he should have it, regardless of what PC shop did.
Hopefully Danny can respond someone soon. From Facebook updates, he's in So Cal right now. Judging by the Facebook updates, it looks like most of the Priuschat moderators are there too.
Thanks for the replies! The paypal transaction did go through. Does Danny process the order or if it get sent to third party to process? I am moving soon so want to make sure I receive the order in time....

Yeah, the same sort of thing happened to me. What's with that? Did you ever get your order? How long did it take?
Edit: In contact with Danny about my particular order now. For anyone having any order trouble, use the contact us link in the shop - it really does get attention.
