The 2010 Prius II is our first hybrid. After a few test drives and one 10 mile drive home from the dealership (thanks to my wife for sharing!) the car will surely hit more of the mainstream drivers. I can give you my opinions of the car but they're a dime a dozen now. I'll just give you my top 3 list. (3)Large-enough car with a lot of storage (2) Interior design and layout (1) Power Mode!

By the way I bought in Woodbridge, VA. The dealership received 2 shipments of 3 cars each yesterday. 2 are sold. 4 remain.

Little surprised I haven't seen one on the road yet (well, away from a Toyota dealer). That will change soon. They will be all over the place eventually. So, people who don't like them better take some meds or SLT.

We rolled out of the dealership at 11:30pm actually...after the lights were turned off inside the sales office. They close at 9pm I think. We arrived at 7pm. Once my wife (finally) made a decision on color (barcelona red) at around 8pm, I asked the sales rep if he's willing to stay late or if we should come back tomorrow. He said "This wouldn't be the first time I'd be here late. I've been here until midnight many times" Our finance guy was definitely rushing but also very pushy in selling the warranties. Once we declined 87 or 88 times, he was very pissed and was silent the rest of the meeting. Glad I could shut him up!! :D

He gave us a few days to come back if we changed our minds.

Well I understand that! You kept him up all night and then didn't allow him a cut. Might have been a good time to deal with him on any extras you did want at a discount.

I was supposed to have mine 1 week ago!!! It somehow got misrouted to Chicago instead of Indianapolis, and I'm driving my sales guy crazy because of it. It's not his fault but right now, the dealer has lost track of it for some reason, so they don't even know when, how, and who the %%$^% is going to ship it to Indy. BUMMER!

That's good, it can't be sold to others "accidentally" then.

I see... I also sent you a PM asking why... so just ignore it. I thought I could track it by the VIN. The sales man is now ignoring me, probably because I went crazy after hearing from him that they can no longer track it and they are not sure when, how, and who's going to ship it to Indy... I mean... that's ridiculous... am I just over-reacting to this?
