Question RE: Soundproofing the Doors (video link attached)

I like this video (see link below). Help me translate the products he's using in terms of Dynamat.

It looks like it would be:

Dynamat Xtreme on the "external door panel" (outer skin) then something like a Dynapad or MLV on top of that? Then he covers the holes in the door frame with something like Dynaplate?

What does he put over that? Is it like the SuperLite? It doesn't look like the same product he used as the first layer in the exterior door panel, does it?
