Remove ads???

    It seems like since forever that many (all?) pages have a link that says "Coming Soon: Remove Ads."

    I presume this would be a sort of paid membership which would eliminate ads from PriusChat pages and speed up loading. I'd happily pay.

    But when I click on that link, it just takes me to PC's home page. What's up with this?

    Danny, if you're reading this, any word on when you're going to let us pay to get rid of the ads, and (presumably) get pages loaded faster as a result?

    I'm still looking into a Premium membership option, which would eliminate the ads for our members and perhaps add a few other incentives.

    I wasn't able to follow-through with all of the promises I made last time with the PC sponsors, so I want to have my ducks in a row this time before asking for money. I'd like to still get those items out to the original sponsors first, as well.

    But it's coming :) Sometime.

    While I would most def. be interested in a premium membership to support this site, I must confess that Firefox + AdBlock is the best thing since sliced bread. Makes the internet almost sane again

    The "Coming soon: Remove Ads" link still goes to the home page. Maybe it should go to its own page that just says: Not yet available. :rolleyes:
