Removing back seat from 2010 III Prius

Hello all! I just received custom seat covers for my III that I ordered from GT Covers. Front ones went on relatively well, but I'm having a heck of a time figuring out how to remove the bottoms from the back seat. Need to do this to put the covers on those.

Can anyone help?

i too own a 2010 prius III, just finished putting clazzio seat covers on, which turned out great. the fronts went on ok, as you mentioned, but getting the back seat cushion out was a tizzy, it was held up by two clips on the front edge of the cushion. i called toyota headquarters, they said because of the battery location, the back seat cushion is not designed to be removed by owners. so i proceeded to install the seat cover with the cushion still attached. it worked, somewhat difficult but turned out looking great. i have not completed the back seat fold-down section as yet.

I believe you can remove the back seat bottom on the 2010 Prius.
