Repair a hanging front scrape guard

Hey ya'll,

First time poster. Hope to find good info from the experts here.

I ran up on a parking lot guard and when I reversed out of it the plastic underbody got turned inside out. The scrape plate has been removed, but the very front of it is still hanging from the body of the car. You can see the picture attached, might be easier to understand what I mean. Has anyone else had this problem and how should I go about fixing it?
