    Conservation anyone? Beyond unethical to drill in the ANWR without first drafting and implementing a conservation ethic. The Bush administration is living in a pipe dream of denial, but, if he wanted to, he could reclaim a huge amount of support by spearheading the US to become an environmental leader. This would require the same kind of political courage that Nixon had when he went to China......possible, but not likely.
