Someone posted a question about seat covers for the Plug In which I, of course, can't find now but this is what I use. The gray goes great with the interior of the Plug In.
The front covers have a loose, baggy fit which is good because you don't want a tight fitting cover obstructing the airbags in the sides of the seats.
The rear can be hung like a hammock or placed so you can sit in the back seats. Both styles can be put on or removed in seconds. Not a custom fit look but can be kept in the cargo area and put on when things get messy.
I had these in my 2011 Prius with cloth tan interior and they don't slide around as much on the cloth as the do on the Softex but still nice generic covers.
If you have a tan interior, their more expensive rear seat cover is even better which is what I had in the 2011. If anyone wants to buy that cover I'll sell it cheap, less than one year of minimal use.

Great responses! I love the direct, honest opinions.
If you are saying that these frumpy, baggy covers are in direct contrast to our beautiful, futuristic looking Prius Plug In, you are right. I however find this mixture of beauty and ugly, interesting.
This car is my only car. It is my daily driver, it goes to the dump, hardware store, everywhere. I carry a lot of crap with me every day and I need to protect the interior. I am hell on car seats!
For most people they are an inexpensive way to temporarily protect the seats then remove and throw in the back. I had these on my 2011 Prius with a cloth tan interior and when I traded it in for the Plug In the seats looked brand new.
Lastly, I like the look of Softex/leather but don't like the way they feel, these ugly covers give me back the cloth I love.
