I found a theft deterrent device called an auto-brake lock. It prevent the brakes from being depressed, if some how the thieves hacked the wireless security feature, they still wont be able to start the car. I could be wrong, but im considering buying it anyways, any thoughts?

Useless. It's pretty easy to remove one of these things, and nearly impossible to hack the electronic security. Save your money.

It won't stop a thief from dragging the car onto a flatbed, which is the most likely method of stealing a Prius.
