smart fob can't remote lock or unlock door. help please

    1) This is not battery problem, because smart function is work. If battery dead , smart function complete dead, and I change 2 new battery.

    2) sometime smart fob can remote lock door. but 99% is not work. I don't know why.

    So I think there is some cable unplug . How do I find it ? I check fuses , but they are all good.

    1) Check the SKS disable button under the steering wheel.
    2) Replace the battery in the fob.
    3) Replace the 12V battery in the car.

    I know this doesn't fit the OP's description, but the original post is a bit confused.

    fob battery change again. but not work. smart function work (I mean ksk function ) only remote open/close/alarm dead.

    12v battery test finish, battery is ok , all match normal. ACC is 12v, ready is 14v. but I will test again in tomorrow .

    test again:
    ACC / 12.7v; press break = 12.5v; light on & press break = 11.8v
    IG ON( not ready mode) = 12.2v ; press break = 11.7v-11.8v ; light on = 11.9v; light on & press break = 11.4v ~11.9v
    IG ON(ready mode) = 14.1v ; light on = 14.1v ; press break & light on = 14.1v
