SOLD! IPA Intelligent Park Assist button for 04-05 Prius

This is a new IPA Intelligent Park Assist or also known as a Back Clearance Switch by Toyota parts. I ordered this IPA button for my anytime camera project but was sent the 04-05 switch by mistake. I was planing on using it "in house" to test the switcher I need to build but have decided to sell it.

This switch is a momentary push button SPST, 1 rheostat controlled dimming light, and 1 indicator light. It has 6 pins 2 for each of the functions.

I do not have the wire harness. If you need a wire harness I looked through the wire harness repair manual and found 2 that could be a match. Part number 90980-10933 or 90980-11820. Both of these harness use the pin part number 82998-12340 or 82998-12360 for gold plated. I make no guarantees that these are the correct part numbers.

This button can be used as an EV button minus the indicator light since it has a momentary switch. If your clever you could get the indicator light to work to tell you when your in EV mode. I don't know how that would be done but its something that might be cool to look into.

This button is for the 04-05 Prius and will not fit in the 06 Prius.

Does just installing this switch enable the IPA function?

I have a 2007 with package 6.
