    Does anyone know a specific brand and model that fit in the empty spots on my dash? All I have been able to figure our is using factory ones, but I would like a cheaper option.

    Try searching "light switch toyota" on ebay.
    There are many, but I think Corolla will fit the Prius well.
    You can see they are a bit more "square".

    The selction of symbols might not be the greatest, but hopefully you'll find something.
