Pretty jazzed, got the only one on the dealer's lot, and it's in Blizzard white, exactly what the wife wanted!

    Greetings from Minnesota.

Awesome! Enjoy. But I'd be concerned about the color; how will you find your car during the winter up there (September-June)?

Mine's a Blizzard White too and I love it (so does the wife). Already put 1200 miles on it and last tank averaged 50 MPG.

    Enjoy your new Prius...and welcome!

Not yet a Prius owner. Im looking for a little insight regarding trip comfort. I am 6'2 AND 225 lb. Is the car comfortable on long trips say 700 miles?

Looking at 2010 white level IV - is the solar package worth it TX is home?
Should I go for tech package so I can get 17 inch wheels. Seems like a lot of money.

Any and all comments or experiences will be appreciated.

I am about 6-1" and 235 or so , just did over a 1000 miles round trip , no problems
If the steering wheel could telescope a inch farther it would great
Leather wheel would also be great
Sun roof , mmm, I find it noisey to be driving with it open, but like the extra light it lets in

Took delivery yesterday. Only disapointment so far is that I thought it had automatic headlights, like on my Solara. Now I gotta remember something - not easy for an old guy like me.....

My wife really didn't want the 17" wheels - they don't do as well up here in snow country. We also got the 2010 white level IV and so far it's been terrific. Didn't get the solar panel, as they don't ship many of them up here.

I will probably be looking at 17" for summer and saving the 15" for winter tires

randy would you just use the same wheels for your winter tires ?

Congratulations. I just got my Blizzard White also.

I wonder if it would be fine to just keep the headlights on all the time. They do shut off automatically after 30 seconds after you shut the car off, don't they?

Congrats on taking delivery of your new car!

Yes the lights are AUTO OFF after the programmed time of 30 seconds. They are not AUTO ON, but if you want them on, just turn them on and they will go off for you.

I don't change tires in the winter..i used to when studded snow tires were permitted, but doesn't seem worth it for just regular snow tires.
