    Umm, of course Saddam had chemical weapons. He got them from our friends who we gave them to, the Saudis. (found out recently that he didn't directly purchase them from us, but rather had a mediator country)

    Yes, he gassed thousands of his own people. Yes he's a bad man.

    But no, that's still no reason to say he was an imminent threat to the United States. Maybe in Bush, Cheney's and crazy Wolfowitzs' eyes he was, but not to the public.

    Go ahead, tell the families of the almost 800 dead soldiers that we found one shell. I'm sure that'll make all their pain and anger and frustration at our pointless war go away.
