Wow... I guess there really aren't that many of us here in MD. Well, I'm in AA County. I don't see too many Prii on the roads here. I think I am the only Prius owner in my community. Well, I live in the land of the redneck pickup truck, so I am sure I will continue to be an anomaly for a little while. I DO see quite a few Prii in the parking garage here at work (Baltimore City) but most of them have DC plates. But it is kinda neat to see people staring at my car wherever I go. Unfortunately, the rednecks keep asking me how often I have to plug it in.

I am in AA County. We have an '02 and an '04. I see quite a few around Arundel Mills Mall and on Ft. Meade.
So far no one has tried to organize a Maryland group. Those of us from the Free State have been accepted in the DC - Northern Virginia group, but the meets have not been very successful to date.
Well, I'm up for meeting! As soon as I get back from vacation! I'm off to OBX this weekend. KathyY - You're probably seeing my Prius around the mall over there lately. :lol: I still get a lot of looks and questions about my car on the penninsula. I guess I'm not far enough "inland".
I'm in MD too. Although I won't be showing my car off for a while. Some loser vandalized my car but as soon as it's fixed you'll see me back over at Arundel Mills Mall. I had a black 05 model which was great but I hated coming out and seeing people with their dirty hands peeking into my windows. It leaves stains on the glass don't you know. Tamara
I'm from Maryland too but I must admit I'm in Rockville, MD, which is more a suburb of DC. I don't see many Prii around here, maybe one or two per trip, but there are certain shopping parking lots where I often see three or four at a time. These are White Flint Plaza (Shoppers Food Warehouse) and Congressional Plaza (Whole Foods).
