Just wondering, if anyone has been able to fit 3 car seats in a 2005 Prius. I have a 3.1/2 year old and 2 year old twins. Any help or guidance will be appreciated. Right now they ride in the Mini van, I wanted to see if I can fit them in the Prius as well.

That's going to be pretty tight. I've had 3 in our v, but haven't tried it in our Gen II.

I don't see it happening in the gen 2. I have 2 car seats in mine and there doesn't seem like there is nearly enough room in the center for a third.

Another poster in the past asked the same question. She too was running a mini van with the 3 seats in it.

IIRC, she found that three seats just would not fit in the Gen II.

Big difference when even one of them is rear facing. 31/2, and 2, none of those are going to want to face the rear. My advice would be to lose one of the twins. KIDDING!
There are some seats that are narrower than others. Try searching for the Radian line of seats. Not knowing the size of these kids, if they are big enough for just a booster, you will have much more luck than a full convertible, though losing the 5-point harness means you will need to buckle seatbelts, which will be tough.
Either way, getting them buckled in is going to be a PITA. Good luck!
