    Yeah right.

Though I've always referred to the plural of Prius as Prii.

And I've always used Prius for the plural of Prius. It's nice to see that the debate is over.

I too have been using Prius, and honestly, will probably continue out of force of habit.

So does that make it official in Oxford or Weber?

Like "I saw a Sike of Prii cruising on the high way this morning."

or "My Purple Prius looked out of place in a sea of Prii..."

I've always used "s" or "es" for car names since they tend to be made up words that don't follow the rules of the English language (like Matrixes as opposed to the proper word Matrices). Guess I'll have to remember to use Prii from now on.

I think it should be 'pod', as has been mentioned at PC before. They're vaguely whale-shaped anyway. Plus, then you can talk about a Prii pod...We're all just Prii's in a pod. It's a gift that keeps on giving.

I also don't think we should name a group of Prii after a person who deliberately crashed a Prius. (Sikes). The definition of sike itself is a gutter or stream, a sick person, or to sigh, not sure how any of that applies...?

As Peter Piper paused to ponder the possibilities of the proper Prius plural (Prius? Priuses? Prii? More?), he was interrupted by a pack of pickled Prius people perusing his precarious position, who posited a poll of popular opinion to pick. "Perfect!" cried Peter, who practically leapt from his perch upon his posterior to proclaim the pronouncement.

No sooner had the papapriuzzi passed, Peter's synapses snapped with a perplexing postulate: "What shall we call a group?"
