I drive a significant amount of time in stop and go delivery type driving. I have noticed recently that when I place the car in reverse and press the accelerator pedal there is a single click heard from underneath the vehicle. I am wondering if anyone else has this issue and if not what the problem could be.

    Thanks,

    David

does it do it again when place in drive? if yes probably CV joint if not any thing from loose exhaust hanger on up thru PSD. a chunk of garden hose and some one in the car putting it in D and then R and listen with the hose to your ear. Probably take 9-10 gear changes to isolate the location of the noise. Fix as required.
