TrueCar "TrueMPG" discussion thread

I was originally going to start a thread based on America’s Greenest Cars Still Aren’t American  | The Truth About Cars, but I think we should mainly discuss what TrueCar puts out (most current at Average Fuel Economy for New Cars Sold Increases After Four Months of Decline to 23.3 MPG in August 2012 According to TrueCar.com’s TrueMPG | TrueCar Blog) since TTAC doesn't look at the results every month.
