The Federal NHTSA tests come out right as or right after the launch. I'd expect them this month. The IIHS can do its tests whenever it wants or when Toyota asks it to do the tests. For example GM never sent the IIHS any Silverado or Sierra to be tested for two full years after launch. It didn't do so well in the tests when a Silverado was sent this year.
