video without futzing with YouTube

    Sometimes (for example, here), a small embedded video really would be worth a thousand words. Especially when it's only like 300k and 8 seconds long, it could be really handy to just upload it to PriusChat as we can already do with images, and embed it without having to go futz with youtube or some other hosting service.

    There is supposedly a XenForo addon for HTML5 media that would allow doing exactly that. Any chance it could be considered for PriusChat?

    On a related note, in the olden days there was a limit on total size of attachments I could upload, and there was a way to see how much space I had used. I can't find that now ... is that still a thing?

    Would it be bad to install the XenForo html5media plugin?
