Viewing pictures in posts.

From what I've been able to read via search in order to see posted pictures I have to be logged in. The forum shows me as logged in but still no pics. No problem with the posts which have an attachment to download. I use Zone Alarm as a firewall and have added PriusChat as an OK site. This old brain sometimes misses on a couple of cylinders.

I also use Zone Alarm. While logged onto PriusChat, open Zone Alarm. Click on "Privacy", then the "Site List" tab, scroll to www.priuschat.com. Click on it so it's highlighted. Then click the Options button. In the window that pops up, click the "Ad Blocking" tab and unselect the 'Banner/Skyscraper ads' box (and the 'Animations' box too if you want the PriusChat emoticons to be animated). Then click "Apply" then OK. Close Zone Alarm up and refresh PriusChat. You should now be able to see people's pics (if not, log off PriusChat, close the browser window, then bring it back up. That will put your new settings into effect).

That should do ya. Apparently the servers use a banner format to put the pics there. The changes you've just made will ONLY effect priuschat, and nowhere else; so you're not going to be unindated with ads wherever you go (nor will you run into them here).

have you tried right clicking the symbol and choose "view image"?
