I have a Prius v M5 w/o ATP and it seems I have to turn my volume up to 25-30 in order to get good loudness out of it. Is anyone else having to do that? Or maybe I am just getting old?

I'd have to look but I think mine stays around 12. Check balance and make sure it's set to the middle. Using the rear speakers only I'd easily have to be that high. They are very weak. W

It is in the middle and the rear speakers are for sh$t. Might want to see if they can be replaced.

Yep pretty much. It can be done because others have done it. An amp was recommended too.
It was worth a look to check the easy stuff first. :)
