    My cousin received phone calls regarding a free cruise, repeatedly, and finally he told them that he was already going on 5 cruises this year, so he didn't have time. Then a "university" called him and asked him to enroll in their program. He told them that he had already gotten in to Harvard.

    He never got these calls again.

    Yeah, I think "account services" is what they say.

    One time I pressed the key to be connected to a person, and asked if they were connected to my bank, and how they got my information anyway, and they hung up on me. Of course, they're just cold calling. They know nothing about your account. I suppose they're fishing for people to switch credit cards, or else they're trying to get card numbers for fraudulent use. I've never gotten as far as their actual sales pitch.
