What's the chron job that runs at about 03:15 EDT?

Many nights at about 12:15 A.M. PriusChat stops serving pages. I get browser errors that the server has stopped responding. If the server is still working, it can take literally minutes to open a thread. I can ping priuschat.com and it usually is there, but no pages are coming out. The only thing I can think is some chron job runs at about this time which sucks all the server cycles or locks the disks or something. It sure is annoying.

Anyone else experience this at 03:15 EDT, 02:15 CDT, 01:15 MDT, 00:15 PDT?

I regularly experience it at 13:00 (01:00 PM) PDT.

and me around 9am PDT

I can't vouch for the exact times, but I'm seeing the same thing. The server gets very pokey at certain times of the day.
