What's Under My Seat?

    OK, I give ... what is the device mounted under my front passenger seat. It is aluminum, rectangular, finned, approximately 8" square and 2" in depth. I tried to stand on my head to get a good picture, but failed miserably.

    I figure it's either a stealth butt warmer or NSA is just funnin' with me again!
