Those are the 16" wheels that come standard on the Prius in other markets. For example, here is a picture from the German Toyota web site: They look a lot like wheels that are available for the Scion xB, but those are only 15" and have a different hole pattern. The wheels pictured above are 16", and the tires are 195/55R-16.
