That's what I want to hear - yeah!

Can anyone point me to pictures showing the mats (front/back/cargo) actually in a 2010 Prius, perhaps even showing black ones in the dark grey interior?

    Thanks!

Just received my WeatherTech mats. I got the mats in grey, the interior is dark grey. They fit great, but no hooks were included. I didn't need them anyway.

How is the fit on the edges around the doors sills? Do parts of the carpet remain exposed or is are they fully covered? Salt and snow is my main concern. I would buy the mats specifically to avoid having the carpet absorb salt.

A few more shots of how they fit around the sills. The carpet is covered and well protected.

How hard is it so open the rear cargo area bin hatch with the cargo mat on top?

    Thanks,

I have the one from Toyota Canada but it looks exactly the same (must be made by WeatherTech). It is not very flexible but can be bend without problem. You first need to pull on the two "wings" (behind the wheel wells) toward the center then flip it up to gain access... but dont expect it to stay in place, folded. You can get access to the rear part of the compartment but as soon as you let it go it will flip back down.

I'm still happy to have it. It already saved me a spill or two. The front and back WeatherTech mats may be a nice-to-have (which I'll get because of the winter sand/salt/snow) but I feel the cargo mat is a must, IMHO.

I placed the new WT digital fit mats in my car yesterday. Absolutely perfect fit, and so little movement that the clips (I'm still waiting for those to show) won't do much to keep the driver's side in place. I will still install the hooks though. Same exact fit in the hatch area. Worth the wait.

The light grey works with the bisque interior, yet the WT beige would also have worked up front and 2nd row. For the rear deck the only choice is light grey.

Just installed my Weathertech front floor mats today. Great fit. The driver's side utilizes has two holes to use the retention hooks that were part of the car, the passenger side does not utilize any hooks, nor has holes for said hooks. I imagine that even with no hooks at all, the fit is good enough such that they'll not slide or move around, there is nowhere for them to slide, given their design.

"Digital fit"? Does that mean the gas pedal is either all the
way off or all the way on and nothing in between?

I ordered mine on Nov 1st from Weather Tech. They billed my credit card when I placed the order. My order still shows in progress.

I hate doing business with companies that treat their customers this way. I would not recommend ordering the mats from Weather Tech. Wait until someone else makes mats that understands what customer service means.

I ordered new tires and rims for my Prius on Tues this week from Tire Rack. They shipped the same day I ordered them and I received them the next day. That is amazing. With Weather Tech it has been 11 days and nothing has shipped.

I agree Judgeless, they have piss poor customer service. The problem is, they don't seem to manufacture anything themselves and nothing is "in stock" ever. The rep on the phone went on & on about some manufacturing facility, and how he is "not sure he can contact them in time to change the color of the mats on my order." He said he would call back but never did. When I called the next day he answered (maybe they only have a couple people working there) and said "oh wow, they JUST messaged me back that they caught the change just in time." Funny, since I still haven't had mine shipped.

    Ditto situation for me, also:eek:....

Ordered my set on October 30th, and got the "in progress" email on November 2nd stating that I should receive my product within "5 to 10 business days" --- which means most of us should be getting our mats sometime next week, allegedly...

I'll let you know if and when I get them. In the meantime, does anybody have a phone# for these blokes?

    Thanks

FYI, most of the orders placed through the PriusChat Shop before November 5th or so have shipped. Not sure if it's supplier's like ours that are taking all of Weathertech's stock or not, but we've gotten a HUGE number of orders for these mats already.

I'm hearing that the rest of our backlog should ship out soon.

    Wow!

As irony would have it, FedEx just came to my door and delivered the cargo mat. :)

So, I'll have faith that the rest of the order is forthcoming.

I haven't put the mat in the car yet --- I'm letting it unfold on the kitchen floor, but it looks pretty good.

    I'll keep you all apprised.

I received the backseat mat today. Unfortunately, the front ones weren't with it. I'm anticipating a second box. :)

Has anyone ever come across a mat to cover the backs of the back seats when they are down? A cargo mat that extends over that area?

I plan on having a couple dogs in the back with the seats down and would like the protection but haven't found anything like that.

    Thanks.

I just use an old comforter. It soaks up water/slobber better than a plastic mat would and you can wash it. When not needed you can fold it up and put it in the back storage tray.

Yeah, I plan on using an old comforter on top. Just wanted some plastic lining, I can always get some industrial mat and cut it to size. My last two dogs were constantly going to the vet so I'm a bit more cautious now with a brand new car.
