Is there any switch to turn on a buzzer for when the lights are left on? I always leave the lights on and then walk away from the Prius, seems like there should be a buzzer when the door opens or something.

In the 2010, by default, they turn off automatically 30 seconds after you open a front door (drivers door in a Gen II) If you want, the dealer can change that to 0 seconds after you open a door. (that was how Gen II worked)

So if i leave my lights on and then open a door to get out, 30 seconds later the lights will turn off?

well, 30 secs after the last door is closed. If you leave the door or hatch open, it'll remain on.
