    Ah, no.
    Today there is a spaghetti squash in the big crockpot, and I'll be shredding up some beets and carrots for a salad, and maybe even pop a tofurkey roast in the oven.

    The food at the Vipassana Meditation center is really, really good. It's all vegetarian, much of it is vegan, and it is all made fresh and amazing! Poor DH, however, had to suffer it out at home alone, eating whatever he threw together.

    Actually.... no. DH is a vegetarian. He will eat stuff with dairy in it, which I won't.

    Mostly his indulgences are frozen/packaged veggie meals, lots of bread, and tortilla chips with salsa.

    Hmmm...lots of bread, tortilla chips with salsa - NOT BAD! I'd put cheese on the chips, too, to make them really bad for my veins. :D
    My problem is definitely carbs, which is why I look a lot like my Avitar.
